November Lunch

City of Music Studio,

Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow

8th November 2024

12.15 p.m. for 12.45 p.m.

====================

Dear Member,

Once again, we are about to experience a “joint event” between The Forty Nine Wine and Spirit Club of Scotland and The North Parish Washing Green Society.

We have two rather special wines to enjoy with lunch. These are noted on the reverse page of this circular and will accompany the meal created by The Royal Concert Hall’s chef, Michael, to match the wines.

Please remember that this is a “Table d’Hôte” menu and not “A La Carte”.

We shall be entertained at the Coffee course by excellent an singer from The Royal Conservatoire, Ginny Lafean.

Pre-Lunch, we have the use of The City of Music Studio bar, where you can start the day off!

If you are a member of both organisations, please only book through one of them.

There will be a raffle on the day and any prize(s) would be most welcome. Please bring them along on the day.

The hosts for the day will be Anne Gibson, President of The Forty Nine Wine and Spirit Club and Gordon Price, Preses of NPWGS.

There is a dress code in The Royal Concert Hall. Gents, suit and tie and ladies, equivalent, please.

Both organisations are sure of a grand day out in the centre of Glasgow and look forward to welcoming you along to enjoy the camaraderie.

The Christmas Lunch is sold out. If you want to go onto the waiting list, please contact Richard Barbour.
